Samhain Soundbath & Pumpkin Painting

 

Join me for a Samhain Soundbath & Pumpkin Painting on October 30th from 3:30 PM ~ 5:00 PM at Love Bird Yoga. Relax and restore during a 40 minute soundbath carefully curated with healing vibrations and sound (crystal singing bowls, shamanic drum, Native rattles & instruments, and chimes), then paint mini-pumpkins in honor of our ancestors and departed loved ones. Hands on, or off, Reiki will be offered for those who would like it. I hope to see you there!
